Mastercamer,

Welcome to the Forum!

I personally do not have any experience with 5 axis tool pathing, but I am sure someone will come around and give you some direction.

it is possible to create 5x millint toolpathe on any geometry weather its a wireframe geometry, surfaces and solid and a combination of them.
to pruduce a good TP be sure to understand what is the purpuse of this TP and what shuld be the final result.
build the relative geometry needed and keep it as simple as possible to evoid errors. choose the correct TP to get to the result watnted. for surfaces try the 5x multisurface and for lines use the 5x curve.

if ou can please attach a MCX file of your project and it would much more helpful.
